About Raise The Roof
Raise the Roof is Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity’s biggest annual fundraising event. Join us for an evening of fun and giving to support Habitat for Humanity’s mission in our communities.
This year, Raise the Roof will be a ticketed event. Admission ticket includes event admission, heavy hors d’oeuvres, access to games, and Live & Silent Auction items. Cash bar will also be offered.
Proceeds from the event support Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity’s mission of helping to provide safe and affordable housing in Marion, Monongalia, and Preston counties.
About Habitat For Humanity
Established in 1990, Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization based on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity serves Marion, Monongalia and Preston counties. MVHFH is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing safe, affordable homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help individuals and families improve their shelter conditions.
Mon Valley Habitat for Humanity relies on volunteers to provide labor on construction projects, serve on committees, and be advocates for safe and affordable housing throughout the community.
